1. Questions one: Readings

Reading one: summary of humble consultant

Being humble is a principle to get help others gradually in some

cases and even faster in other occasions based your clients attitude
and understanding

Showing to be an expert of some kind of an issue doesnt indicate

that it helps to be humble and helpers to your client as much as
needed.

As a helper you have to get influence to your client as soon as you

can get the chance on one way to another to another through patient
and caring.

The helper have to exercise his or her personal leader ship skills and
some good interpersonal qualities that can empower the client faster
that you expected :such like honest ,open mildness and
understanding through convincing
 It needs new listening and replying skills e.g. asking the right
questions, listening actively and building on empathy

It inspires a wider range of consultant behavior based on the

consultant being open, authentic and innovative in the relationship.

Reading two: summary female empowerment

The aim or the goal of this transformative action research project is to know
and make a progress sustainable way to promote female empowerment of
education in rural. To achieve this we worked with local community members
and implement science curriculum at a school.

Apart from above points, this article emphasizes that there are deep-rooted
problems in between female leaners and organizational, physical and
environmental aspects of their learning process. Uses of facilities and
school structures can also problem to many female in learning process.
Finally, before dealing with anything else the situation and environment
should be a kind of suitable for female to feel relaxed and welcoming in
terms of personality, culturally and even opportunities regardless of their
clans and clour but justice and equality.

2. Questions two: Comparing Article 1 and Article 2

The major principles proposed in reading one helps everyone to create a
sense of being humble and get influence through caring ,honest and
understanding the personality of client and his or her problem which is the
one most essential challenge that was facing female empowerment
projects .as a result the cohesive understanding of these two important
articles is that to get the need of a client in aspect and then deal with it in
humble and understanding manner which then leads to empowerment and
development.

3. Question three: insightful question

What caused luck of female motivation? How can we enhance the
women empowerment of education in rural areas?
4. Question four: Application
Based on what I have studied and read from many different sources
supplemented to these readings can help me to get a lot about humble
consultant and female empowerment. I personally get while reading
these two readings several concepts that will help me to become
humble consultant and fulfill its baseline knowledge reading from
humble consultant. These readings I have get a good knowledge to
influence to my client as soon as I can get the chance on one way to
another through patient and caring.
