26 Phase: 17 Pilot hole till 51m, then 26 hole to 267m. Casing lowered to 238m.

17 Phase: D/dn to 1505m, Casing lowered to 1501m with cement rise to 1000m from
surface.

12 Phase: SIT Value-1.55 MWE. LOT Value-1.57

Kick off from 1521m towards 25 deg North (Azm).

During drilling Pipe Connection, String stuck at 2065m. Fail to release, String backed
off (in 3rd attempt) from X/o between 8 Jar and 6 D/collar. Retrieved the
complete fish Left of 65m.

During P/o due to gradual drop in hole inclination, severe tight pull and T/pull
obsereved at several depth around 1900-2200m.

Drill Brake at 2432m with ve self flow. During p/o for bit change at 2444m, T/pull
around 1500-1600m, cleared by reciprocation, B/Reaming and Circulation.
Trip Gas (2-4%) , Dir Assy lowered to 222m, Heavy splashing of mud obsd at riser
mouth. (SIDP/SICP:215/325 psi).

Gas Influx circulated thru choke and MGS with heavy mud 1.96 SG. During R/in, H/up
around 1550-1600m and 1980m
Trip Gas: 2 to 24%, Background gas: 3-6%, Connection Gas: 12-16%

During drilling at 2492m, due to poor ROP, P/o to change mud motor, during P/o a
cushion of heavy gel mud of 1.42 SG (200m Column) from bottom. String stuck at
1959.

Spotting of Diesel, during soaking time, well started flowing (5-6 lpm). String not
released. String shot at 1821m (x/o between 6 d/c & 5 HWDP). Fish left:138m
Only half part of x-over sub recovered, due to poor hole condition and gas influx,
further fishing stopped. Cement plug 100m from 1812m to 1712m.
Side Track Hole:

Cement tagged @1730m, Side tracked from 1733m to 2421m {h/up & t/pull at
several depths during tripping}. Due to poor rop & high torque, after p/o, observed
Mud motor drive shaft sheared and bit sub + bit left in hole. Only drive shaft bush
recovered, due to poor hole condition, fishing job avoided.
Casing lowered & pluged off open hole. (Casing Shoe @2379.6m)
Cement top tagged @ 2354m. cement cleared to 2397m, w/dn to 2417m. cement
plug job. Cement tagged at 2270m, cleared to 2389m.
8 phase as side tracking: (2389m to 2773m)
8 hole side tracked from 2389m to 2407m. LOT value: 1.65 MWE.
D/Brake at 2433m and 2517m, with ve self flow.
Revised LOT at 2527m: 1.69 MWE
Trip gas 55-66%, connection gas 2-6% till 2604m.
D/Brake @2734m with ve self flow (100% sandstone)
D/dn to 2773m, but due to poor hole condition and sticking tendency after
p/connection, decided to terminate 8 section .
7 liner lowered. (F/shoe-2773m, h/top-2279m later on it was found h/top at 2273m)

6 Slim Hole:

6 hole d/dn from 2773m to 2784m, LOT Value: 1.72 MWE.

D/brake at 2829, 2853m, 2902m with ve self flow.
D/brake at 2926m with max 5.5% formation gas.
D/brake at 2960m, 20% gas obsd against lag depth of 2955m. S/flow: 30 LPM, SICP:650
psi, SIDP not recorded due to NRV in string. Killed by 1.57 SG mud by weight and weight
method. During circulation, max 60% gas was observed.
D/dn to 2966m, D/brake with 14% formation gas, s/flow @15 lpm. Influx circ out with
1.59 SG mud. D/dn to 3036m.

Drilling terminated at 3036m due to following reason.
