Coal Getting & Mining: Coal is won through open cast pit mining system by an
Processes & Methods combination of Shovels, Excavator and Dump Trucks are to
remove overburden. Coal is loaded on dump trucks by
hydraulic backhoes and hauled to Crushing Plant for final
processing to become saleable product. It is processed to a
size under 50 mm by primary and secondary crushers to
meet customers requirements. SSDK Coal does not need
washing plant because of its low ash content.
