Ms. Gonzalez:

There has been a misunderstanding. As shown below, I reported that Beverly Yoshioka was working on a response to
you with the documents. Actually, she was preparing a draft response with the documents for our Regional Solicitor to
review before release. So the response will not come as quickly as I originally thought.

You had requested a "certified copy" of the Cooperative Agreement with Puerto Rico Land and Fruit. I have requested
advice from our Regional Solicitor before any release can be made because there was a question about whether some
information contained in the agreement could be released.

I apologize for my error in this matter.

This is a follow-up on a FOIA request we submitted last September regarding a Cooperative Agreement with
Mr. Víctor González and/or PR Land Fruit SE USFWS #4018181565. Since this document has not yet been
release, we will like to amend the initial request and ask for a certified copy of the Agreement.
We understand that investigations and release may take time, but this is a pressing matter. Therefore, we
respectfully request that you release the certified copy of the Agreement as soon as possible.
