We are very grateful to inform that you have been selected to join YOUTH EXCURSION
2017 in Kyoto-Japan, 11th-15th November 2017.

Here are some important things that the participant should know:
1. Each participant will be responsible for their visa and flight trip to and from Kyoto -
Japan.
2. Check in Hotel on 4 PM Saturday, 11th November 2017 and check out before 8 AM
Wednesday, 15th November 2017
3. The committee will provide the accommodation such as hotel, food, local
transportation and T-shirt for participants during the event
4. Before departure, please ensure that you have packed items listed below with you, as
it is mandatory to all participants to re-register in the registration day. The items are:
Valid Passport
Flight ticket
Visa

Along with the mandatory items, do not forget to pack appropriate attires suitable for the
activities that will be done during the event and personal medicine. In accordance to the
event, we would like to inform you that it is illegal to bring drugs into Japan and death
penalty will be charged. It is also prohibited to smoke in Japan. Please make a survey before
your departure to avoid any difficulties.
All the participants should attach scan valid passport, photo and health certificate,
confirmation form, and letter of agreement to email: kyoto@youtex.org before July, 17th
2017, and visa and flight ticket latest by October 15th, 2017. Thank you in advance for
your kind attention and cooperation. Looking forward to having great respond and see you in
Kyoto.
