ARTICLE VII AMENDMENTS

Section 1. The Board of Governors of the Association, upon recommendation of the


Commission on Ethics may amend or repeal this code by a 2/3 vote of the members of the
Board. Amendments shall be subsequently ratified by the General Assembly following the
approval by the Board.
