URS (Universal Reward System) is a proprietary marketing system that uses a unique concept for developing loyal
customers, while giving incentives to both franchise establishments (FE) and consumers alike. URS is the next generation
loyalty reward program that trumps all loyalty, advantage, or privilege cards currently found in the local market. URS
uses a proprietary mathematical card that can be used to generate GROUP POINTS (not individual points like SM
Advantage, Robinsons Reward, or Happy Plus). The GROUP POINTS earned by the customer does not expire and can
be exchanged into premium rewards.
The URS was developed by Purewealth and its subsidiaries, an on-line seller since 2008 from Sulit.Com (now OLX). The
company specializes in the retail of consumer electronics, marketing, advertising, and data mining through its corporate
networks and partners. The data mining division of Purewealth is closely connected to a subsidiary company supported
by Google Ventures, the investment arm of Alphabet, Inc (parent company of Google).
The company is currently in close coordination with pertinent government agencies to combat poverty and alleviate
the lives of many working Filipinos. One such project is Angat Buhay from the Office of Vice President Leni Robredo.
Similarly, since the URS is primarily anchored on receipt issuances to generate points from FEs, we help the BIR under
Pres. Rodrigo Duterte, in spreading about the importance of taxation in nation building.
The URS uses a proprietary mathematical card that captures points from customers purchases based on their receipts.
The points are accumulated, with no expiry, until it reaches a certain bracket, where the customer becomes eligible for
premium rewards.
Unlike the traditional method of giving points to individuals, the URS Card generates points from the group volume
of the customer. This pushes each customer to organically invite other people to purchase the card from the franchised
establishment. The system creates a natural growth which helps increase sales volume passively.
Interestingly, the system we call as customer tagging protects the business establishment from the competition as
it secures that whatever happens, the points generated by the customer and his group, are passed on to the FEs on-
line account.
The points generated by the customers card doesnt come from the purchases made in the franchised establishment
alone. Rather, it is pooled from points generated through purchases from Purewealths diverse portfolio (see Appendix).
Together with points from groceries, fast food chains, hotels, beauty products, cellphones, tablets, load, consumer
staples, home card, insurance, card, real estate, and other product lines, the customer would be able to maximize his

reward potential. Not to mention the fact that the points generated by the customers group also becomes his personal
points.
The mere income potential of the reward system has allowed us to leverage our card membership from a few hundreds,
to thousands of users and dealers in just a span of a few months.
In order for a business to qualify, it needs to enroll as a franchised establishment (FE). The franchise affiliation
fee would depend on the scale of the business and its scope of operations. After complying with the franchise
agreement and payment of all dues, the FE will receive 1,093 cards. Each card is sold for PhP 1,499. The FE
recieves 46% commission from the cost of the card. In our conservative estimate, the FE will recieve an ROI at a
1:3 (300%) yield. Example, a starting URS Franchise capital of PhP 250,000 will generate a spread of about PhP
750,000 net.
