Scripture Story Kit

Instructions:
Cut cardstock 5" x 4.25” and print pages 2 & 3 as double-sided;
print pages 4 & 5 as double-sided.
W hen printing PDF select “Choose paper source by PDF page
size”, then you must define your page size to be 5" x 4.25". (For
my Epson printer I do this by selecting “Properties”, “Size” and
“User Defined”. I then can define a new page size.)

To make bag:
Use 16" x 11" piece of fabric to make bag.
On one 16" side of fabric, place fabric wrong side up and turn
fabric down as little as possible, sewing a small zig zag seam to
hold edge cleanly down.
Sew a button hole (large enough for both ends of your
drawstring to fit through) about ½” from the edge (where you just
sewed your seam) of the fabric .
Cut out center of button hole.

Fold fabric right sides together so that 11" sides are matched up.
Sew together with a ¼” seam side that have no seams yet.
Place both ends of drawstring through the button hole threading
them from wrong side to right. Bag is still wrong side out.
Arrange drawstring to fit around bag opening.
W rap fabric around the drawstring which forms your casing.
Sew in place with straight stitch.
Tie ends of drawstring together.
