ride quality. The OTIS3200 door system is designed for high-end

Intelligent Operation Reliablity

The variable frequency (VVVF) closed-loop system
provides remarkable adjustment flexibility, allowing you
to select the door operating profile most suitable to
your buildings requirements.
The parameters for acceleration and deceleration
points, acceleration and deceleration speeds, and
opening and closing speeds can all be separately
adjusted.
The robust toothed belt mechanism eliminates the
problem of steel cable "stretching" and mechanical
"play" which can occur with conventional operators.
The direct belt driving system reduces the moving parts
to the max and improves the reliability of the door system
in further.
A self-cleaning sill removes small particles and dust,
improving performance and reducing call-backs.

Consistent and Accurate Performance

The optical digital encoder controls the position of the
doors at any given moment, increasing the smoothness
and safety of the system.
VF motor drive with microprocessor control gives

open a 900mm center opening door).

A high-speed switching device employing an
Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator (IGBT) embedded

Safety First!
OTIS door motors have built-in safety protection in addition to the
door-mounted infa-red passenger protection system. If the system
detects motor slip from contact with an object, the doors are
reversed before causing injury to the passengers. This safety back-
up is part of OTIS' commitment to safety.
