A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PROF. RIO AVERIL CARMEN

PAMITTAN AS THE CARIG CAMPUS STUDENT GOVERNMENT
ADVISER

WHEREAS, the Carig Campus Student Government is in need of an Adviser;

WHEREAS, the body has agreed that there must be an Adviser for the Carig Campus
Student Government;

WHEREAS, Prof. Rio Averil Carmen Pamittan has the qualification, credibility,
passion, and willingness to help the Carig Campus Student Government in the
execution of its planned activities;

WHEREAS, Prof. Rio Averil Carmen Pamittan shall be appointed as the Adviser of
the Carig Campus Student Government;

ON THE MOTION OF ALL MEMBERS PRESENT.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, to approve A RESOLUTION APPOINTING

PROF. RIO AVERIL CARMEN PAMITTAN AS THE CARIG CAMPUS
STUDENT GOVERNMENT ADVISER thereof as presented by Lucky Cristian
U. Tabil, Campus Vice-Governor.

FOR THE CARIG CAMPUS STUDENT GOVERNMENT

WHEREAS, the Carig Campus Student Government is in need of a Co-Adviser who is

acquainted and amenable to help the Adviser;

WHEREAS, the body has agreed that there must be a Co-Adviser for the Carig Campus Student
Government;

WHEREAS, Dr. Wilma L. Taguibao has the qualification, credibility, passion, and willingness
to assist the Adviser in her task to help the Carig Campus Student Government in the execution
of its planned activities;

WHEREAS, Dr. Wilma L. Taguibao shall be appointed as the Co-Adviser of the Carig Campus
Student Government;

A RESOLUTION MANDATING THE STUDENTS OF CAGAYAN STATE

UNIVERSITY CARIG CAMPUS TO WEAR THE PRESCRIBED UNIFORM

WHEREAS, the students of the Cagayan State University Carig Campus are required to wear the
prescribed uniform of the University during Academic classes;

WHEREAS, the prescribed University uniform shall be worn during the designated days except
the designated day agreed upon as wash days;

WHEREAS, it shall be strictly checked by the Guards, Classroom Officers, Carig Campus
Student Government Officers, and Professors per year level and section;

WHEREAS, the guards, classroom officers, Carig Campus Student Government Officers, and
professors shall confiscate the IDs and those students who will violate the said resolution;

WHEREAS, the confiscated IDs shall be only claim at the Carig Campus Student Government
Office upon complied with the sanction thereof;

WHEREAS, violation of this resolution shall bear the following penalties;

a. 1st offense two(2) canned goods
b. 2nd offense two (2) canned goods and two (2) noodles
c. 3rd offense three (3) canned goods and three (3) noodles

WHEREAS, the sanctions shall be used for the outreach program;

A RESOLUTION IMPOSING PENALTY TO MALE STUDENTS WHO FAILED TO

COMPLY WITH THE PROPER HAIRCUT AND THE WEARING OF EARRINGS

WHEREAS, the Campus Student Government had observed some male students who failed to
comply with the proper haircut and the wearing of earrings;

WHEREAS, in accordance with the statement above, Campus Student Government shall impose
penalty as a disciplinary action to the students;

WHEREAS, the Carig Campus Student Government Officers, guards and professors shall
confiscate the earrings and IDs of those students who failed to comply with the proper haircut;

WHEREAS, the confiscated IDs shall be only claimed at Carig Campus Student Government
Office upon complied with the proper haircut;

INCURRED ABSENCES IN EVERY MEETING AND ACTIVITY

WHEREAS, the Carig Campus Student Government and College Student Government Officers
shall participate in every meeting and activity of the Campus and University as well;

WHEREAS, the attendance shall be strictly checked by the secretary;

WHEREAS, violations of this resolution shall bear the following penalties:

a. 1st offense five (5) sachets of any 3 in 1 coffee
b. 2nd offense one(1) pack of any biscuits
c. 3rd offense three(3) bath soaps, three(3) detergent powder and three(3) detergent bar

WHEREAS, the sanctions shall be used for the outreach program;

ON THE MOTION OF ALL MEMBERS PRESENT.

WHEREAS, the Carig Campus Student Government Officers shall customize and have their
own Organizational Lanyard;
WHEREAS, the Organizational Lanyard shall be used for identification purposes;
WHEREAS, the Organizational Lanyard shall only be used during school activities;
WHEREAS, the secretary shall strictly check the Organizational Lanyard every school
activities;
WHEREAS, the effectivity of the Organizational Lanyard will last till the tenure of the
Officers;
WHEREAS, all the expenses shall be provided by the Carig Campus Student Government
fund;
WHEREAS, violation of this resolution shall bear the following penalties:
a. 1st offense five(5) sachets of any 3 in 1 coffee
b. 2nd offense one(1) pack of any biscuits

INTRAMURALS
WHEREAS, the Carig Campus Student Government must be on hand for the preparation for the
Campus Intramurals;
WHEREAS, the Carig Campus Student Government Officers shall not join any of the contested
activities;
WHEREAS, any Carig Campus Student Government Officers wholl violate the said resolution
shall be immediately disqualified and shall bear the following penalties:
a. 1st offense five(5) sachets of any 3 in 1 coffee
b. 2nd offense one(1) pack of any biscuits
c. 3rd offense three(3) bath soaps, three(3) detergent powder and three(3) detergent bar

WHEREAS, the sanctions shall be used for the outreach program;

A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE CARIG CAMPUS STUDENT GOVERNMENT

OFFICERS TO SELL RAFFLE TICKETS AND FUN SHIRTS, TO INSTALL
VIDEOKE MACHINES, PHOTO BOOTH AND TO CONDUCT A FUN RUN
ACTIVITY

WHEREAS, the Carig Campus Student Government deeply recognizes the financial incapability
to provide funds for the said activity;

WHEREAS, the Carig Campus Student Government Officers shall sell Raffle Tickets worth five
(5) PHP and Fun Shirts worth two hundred (200) PHP, install Videoke Machines, Photo Booth
and conduct a Fun Run activity;

WHEREAS, the 50% of the IGP shall be used for the Scholarship Program of the Carig Campus
Student Government Officers and the other 50% shall be used for Extension Programs;
WHEREAS, the financial report shall be presented by the Carig Campus Student Government
Officers to the Campus Executive Officer with the OSDW Coordinator after the said activity;

ON THE MOTION OF ALL MEMBERS PRESENT.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, to approve A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE

CARIG CAMPUS STUDENT GOVERNMENT OFFICERS TO SELL RAFFLE
