Congratulations! Your student ______________________________________was accepted as a member of Mt. Views

Tech Club. The club will meet every other Monday in the computer lab from 2:45 4:00 PM. We will work on projects
that incorporate all types of technology.

Our first meeting is September 17 . I will send home with students a list of all the meeting dates to add to your calendars.

Responsibility of Club Membership and Guidelines for Parents and Students:

Discipline/Grades
Excessive discipline referrals or failing grades may result in dismissal from a club. Final determination of club membership will be
determined by campus administration.

Attendance
Please set appointments on non-club days. Students will be removed from club membership if they accumulate unexcused absences.
Due to Student Council only meeting monthly, only 2 unexcused absences are allowed. For all other clubs, three unexcused absences
are permitted.

Dismissal
Students will be dismissed to the parent or a person designated by the parent, the YMCA, or as a walker. Please complete the bottom
portion of this letter with information on how your child will be dismissed.
If your child is a car rider for a club, you will be given a white card with your childs name and club listed. Place this card in the front
windshield of your vehicle when picking up your child from their club.
It is the parents responsibility to pick up your child on time. After the 2nd late pick-up, your child will be dismissed from their club
membership.

Siblings
Only students that are a member of the club will be allowed to attend the meetings. Siblings that are not part of a club should have
other arrangements for their afterschool care.
