D. How beneficial is (or was) it to you if you were given VPN access to your network?

VPN access allows me to send and receive files in a secure manner for example in my line of work given
the private information of the clients that I am processing with, I have the assurance that the only
person that could have access with it is only me and when someone request for that information I can
send it without worrying that someone (a third party or a hacker) could pry in the vital information that I
am giving to a specific person

K. Cite a scenario where augmented reality will be useful in your organization (or previous)

The thing about augmented reality is it completely replaces your surrounding environment and in
relation to how useful it would become in our organization is it can provide more space less paper works
because all is online it also saves energy within the company which is highly beneficial to everyone and
for me I quite agree to be part of an augmented reality since it has easier access to one file to another
which includes the processing of files of the clients.

L. Aside from CCTV, s how would port forwarding benefit SME, s?

Port forwarding is highly beneficial in terms of security for example if I have a business establishment
and I do not know how to keep track of every employee in the company in terms of if they are really
working or are they present during at work or perhaps an employee committing a company violation
and thats when the port forwarding comes in as such I can tap to the CCTV cameras in the offices online
whenever I am not in the office I can personally track the day to day work of every employee in a wider
view.
