PRINCIPAL.

to as the PRINCIPAL.)

1. Bantayan ang nasabing mga lupa at paalisin ang mga nagtatangkang gumamit o tirahan ang
lupa. (Oversee the properties and prevent illegal occupation)
2. Na ang CONTRACTOR ay obligadong ipaalam sa PRINCIPAL ang anumang impormasyon o
babala na makakapekto sa pagmamay-ari ng LUPA sa sumusunod na numero: (The
CONTRACTOR is oblige to report to the PRINCIPAL any information or notice that will affect
or threaten the ownership of the PRINCIPAL in the following numbers:)

PAYMENT:

3. Ang CONTRACTOR ay makakatanggap ng _________ para sa kanya serbisyo. (The contractor

TERM OF CONTRACT
4. Ang Kontratang ito ay magtatapos kapag naibenta na ang mga lupa. Ang PRINCIPAL o
CONTRACTOR ay may karapatan tapusin ang Kontrata kung siya ay magbibigay ng labing
limang araw na abiso bago ang araw ng pagkakabisa ng katapusan ng kontrata. (This
contract will expire when the properties has been sold. Either Parties shall have the right to
terminate this contract provided that either parties shall give 15-day notice before the
effectivity of the termination)
