Forest Farm Industry for Gaharu, the scientific name of agar wood and for agric-aqua
tourism industry in joint venture business partnership with multi products resources.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE:

To create a sustainable community by itself through advance technology in

diversification, management and efficient utilization of renewable resources of Gaharu
plantation for making this project more successfully on future. This is because the
Gaharu plantation would bring a lot of benefit and high profit on next 5 years for
premature and 10 years profit for fully matured Gaharu plantation.

PROJECT CONCEPT:

A unique agric-aqua forest farm industrial community operating on a sustainable

concept of agric-business utilizing natures gift of renewable resources and that mankind
developed technologies, wheres families main sources of income are generated on the
agric forest farm project. For agar wood the antonym of Gaharu is the most precious
nature plant that had been newly discovered by mankind due for its useful to human in
making the oil perfume. The legend story of this plant, the Gaharu with its scientific
name of agar wood is the most precious and valuable plant that had been awarded by a
foreign analysis values, with its high rated value its because of its perfumery fragrance
& prime quality product that had been competed so many other natures products in the
world market.

Therefore I am proud as project manager of this Gaharu or agar wood in

scientific name plantation to commend all of us especially the business farmer to
encouraging more local foreign company investor to come and join the business
together, into joint venture partnership agreement, to any kind of multi products that
could be benefited to both parties who are interested to engage their money and time in
this wonderful long term project.

 Business effort upon succeeding the objective of this project, it would be manage
properly in maintaining the daily job in the field, following the best procedure and
method of successive farming, so that can reach the best goal of success upon
achieving all difficulties effort through a best performance activities in the field leading to
very positive and successfully project. So with that, on future there could be harvest an
everlasting fruits of success in the business era and that someday might be awarded
one of the most luckiest business man that ever be entitled to a multi millionaire or
either billionaire, that before never happened into your life.

Preliminary estimation for 4,132 acre project equivalent to 180,000 sq. ft. into
total number of trees plant 1,800 with setup formula of 10 ft. distant apart of both plant.
Where at: 10 x 10 = 100 sq. ft. divided by 180,000 sq. ft. = 1,800 plants total no. of
trees plant for 4.132 acres of project.
