Dear staff,

Starting next month, we have a new initiative to improve our internet services, is a great goal that
was proposed that consists of implementing 100% optical fiber to all our users. It depends a lot on
the commitment of all our workers to accomplish this.

On the other hand, we also improve the telephony part since we received 200 complaints daily. So,
it's more convenient to make these changes quickly and efficiently without causing inconvenience
to our customers. I know that people will appreciate our commitment to providing quality and
reliable service.
