Assessment Feedback / Referral Action Plan:

(Only one further opportunity will be given for submission of work that has been deemed unsatisfactory at the time of assessment)

You have uploaded a research plan and I can see that you have planned out what primary and secondary research you want to carry out.
Your reasons why could have been more detailed. Your survey asked several questions, but you asked a lot of men. Was this a good way
to get what you needed from your survey? Next time you create a survey, think harder about the type of questions you ask. You will get
much better results. You chose make up as your community, which was a good choice, but did you get the results you wanted? Maybe
think about a more in-depth question when carrying out research in the future. You could have asked something along the lines of: What
positive or negative influence is Kylie Jenner or Rihanna having on the make- up industry today? You have spent some time analysing the
results from both your primary and secondary research. Your conclusion and evaluation could have been more detailed but I am satisfied
you have completed all criteria required. Well done Lauren. Take some confidence from your pass and re-affirm your own ability. You are a
very capable student and you obviously know a lot about make-up!

What does the feedback say?

The feedback says that I have put a lot of detail into my research but I could have put more detail into it.
I have spent a lot of time analysing my results from my survey but I could have asked better questions to
help with my evaluation.

What are the areas in which you need to improve?

I need to improve on asking more in-depth questions when carrying out research and spent more time4
analysing the results from both of my primary and secondary research.

What can you do to improve in these areas?

Next time I need to add more evidence of my research and add more detail overall in all areas.
Signed..
