Welcome to Lisbon.
Bon voyage! Today you are off on your exciting tour with Thomas Cook, as you board your flight to Lisbon. On arrival, you will be greeted

 Guided city tour of Seville - Flamenco show.
This morning after continental buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Seville, situated on the banks of the Guadalquivir river. Seville has a
Day 03 rich Moorish Heritage and used to be a prosperous port in the past. On arrival, you will meet your English speaking local guide for a tour of
Seville, the largest historical centres in Europe. Here you will see famous cathedral of Seville - amongst the largest of all medieval and
Gothic cathedrals in the world. See Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, 18th century bullring. See Torre Del Oro - symbol of Seville, a
crenellated Moorish tower that was built in the thirteenth century to protect the port. Also see the La Giralda tower, Plaza de Espana and
many such interesting sights on the city tour. Today evening, enjoy the traditional flamenco show, originated in this Andalucia region of
Spain. The show will leave you mesmerized as the top class performers display their tapping and clapping skills combined with some
unique dance sequences. Tonight, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant before we check into the hotel.

Day 04 complex (palace not included). It was originally constructed as a small fortress in 889 and then largely ignored until its ruins were renovated
and rebuilt in the mid-13th century. It was converted into a royal palace in 1333 by Yusuf I, Sultan of Granada. Later you have some free
time in the old town. Tonight enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and proceed to the hotel and check in.

Day 05 Declared as a World Heritage site in 1986, it was also referred to as a city of 3 cultures due to the co-existance of the people following 3
religions - Christian, Muslim and Jewish. On arrival, meet your local Guide who would take you around the interesting moments of the city
like the the cathedral of Toledo, Puente San Martin, important squares and narrow winding cobblestone streets. Here you will also visit
Sword factory where you get to see the whole range of famous swords worth an admiration. Later we proceed to Madrid and enjoy dinner at
an Indian restaurant. Drive to your hotel and check in.

The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such an event, all
monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian Rupees currency only, but no compensation will be payable. In
case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation.
Taxes as applicable extra.
The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation
 of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit in case of any cancellations. However, passengers whose
visas are not granted by the consulates must intimate us at-least 45 days in advance of the date of
commencement/departure of the tour, at which time the company will deduct INR 7,000/- per person towards Guidance
Charges over and above any other actual expenses, if any, incurred and refund the balance amount. Taxes as applicable
extra.
However if such intimation is received after the said period of 45 days prior to the date of commencement/departure of the
tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation rules mentioned above.

PAYMENTS
All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time
frame mentioned herein below. All payments made within 10 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid in
cash/Demand Draft. Customer PAN number is mandatory for all transactions. Payments made towards the foreign exchange
component of your tour will be calculated as per the ROE (rate of exchange) of that given day.

If you wish to travel in advance i.e., before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure or like to come
back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable (subject to availability
of seats for the given dates and ticket validity) which will be advised to you by our sales staff / travel agent. Kindly
note, the deviation will be actioned only 30 days prior to departure date.
In case your tour is not ending in United Kingdom and you wish to return from London or any other city in the United
Kingdom, the UK departure tax will be advised on confirmation of the deviation date.
Cost of Basic Travel Quota equivalent to USD 10,000.
Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as of 15th September 2016)
Taxes as applicable are extra.
The tour cost does not include POE charges and passport charges.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Multiple entry Schengen visa. The cost of Schengen visa is included in your tour price.
This cost includes documentation, processing and consulate fees.
The Schengen Visa on your tour is valid for travel to Portugal and Spain.

Meal

Daily Continental buffet breakfast. (Breakfast includes bread, butter, jam, cereals, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee).

Insurance

Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above
the age of 60 years and those who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.

Things to Note

POINTS TO BE NOTED
 Passengers joining this tour must travel to / from the hub city at their own expense.
The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 15th September, 2016. Any further increase in the airfare due
to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be
borne by the passengers. Thomas Cook will not be held responsible for the same.
Indian Dinners are pre set and a-la carte is not possible.
Breakfast will be buffet which includes tea, coffee, cereal, juice, bread, butter.
Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Thomas
Cook will not be liable for the same.
The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident,
death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes,
war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules
of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or other services
Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as AirShow, World Athletic Meet, the Motor
Show, Ice skating Championships etc, the hotels may be blocked out more than 2 years in advance. In view of this,
you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the itineraries may have to be altered / amended.
We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised.
For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However all the services will remain
the same.
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
In case you decide to change the date of your return reservation once confirmed the exact amount payable to the
airline will be advised once the same is confirmed.

All transfers and extensive excursions with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by a deluxe coach.
Services of a professional and friendly Tour Manager or a local Representative.
On some occasions you may have to join another group in case the group does not have adequate members.
There is a possibility of reversing the itinerary. However all the sightseeing mentioned in the brochure will be covered.
Due to international events and trade fairs all throughout Europe such as Air Show, music festivals, ice skating
championships etc, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the city.
Functioning of Air cooling/Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority.
Due to private coaches being forbidden inside the heritage sites etc, most of your sightseeing will be done by local
buses and by foot.
Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
