Caterpillar Race Game

Preparation:

Draw a starting line.

Place a chair or cone about 20-25 feet away for each team.

Instructions:

Each team lines up in single file.

First person sits on the ground with hands on the ground.

Each successive person follows the first person and puts their ankles or legs on the lap of

the person ahead of him or her to create a caterpillar

Each team uses their hands to lift theirselves to move forward

On 'Go' signal, each team races forward to the chair, the finish line.

First team to arrive at the finish line wins.

If the caterpillar breaks, it must stop and reform before continuing on.
