Huawei 3G to 4G reselection

Description
The purpose of this document is to describe the reselection configuration on 3G Huawei for LTE

Description
To re-select 4G in Huawei 3G it is needed:

- Activate SIB19 (UCELLSIBSWITCH)

- Create object UCELLNFREQPRIOINFO

- Set the parameters in UCELLSELRESEL

No neighbour required

UMTS SIB19 contains the LTE freq (EARFCN) and priorities. A max of 8 EARFCNs (4 FDD + 4 TDD) can be
listed in SIB 19.

If LTE freq has a higher absolute priority than the serving cell, then UE reselect LTE cell ,if other
conditions for LTE cell reselection are also met.

SIB 19 contains earfcn, Bandwidth,priority_value, qRxLevMinEUTRA, threshXhigh , threshXlow ,

eutraDetection
