Tablet version is now Vista/Windows 7 compliant.

Import
File import speeds have been improved

Improvements
User Reference - Staking with "User Point" reference doesn t hide the reference point anymore.

Stake Line Crash A crash could occur if you staked a line, then immediately deleted the line you
just finished staking.

Delete Setup Point Deleting the setup (occupy) point would cause a crash if it was deleted.

15 Minute Demo Mode If the program was running after the 15 minute demo expired message,
the program would eventually crash.

You can change the HT in Stakeout mode and the grade value displayed will reflect the change
even when a measurement has not been taken.

Installations
All field controller installations are now included in one install package.

Added support for the Sokkia SHC-25.

An onboard CAB installation file for the SRX is now available.

Demo Version Updates


Demo versions of Layout will now run for 15 minutes at a time if no license is found.

Projects that contain more than 10 points cannot be opened and will trigger a demo point limit reached
message.

Stakeout
Added option to stake nearest Point

IR Rapid mode is now used instead of IR Tracking for real-time stakeout with the Sokkia SRX robot.

ASCII Import
Import routine now enables the user to import a set of points and assign them to the staking list, as
control points, user defined, or other.

SP (Store Point) records can be omitted from the raw file when importing an ASCII file.

Toolbar
Visibility toolbar has been updated to include quick access to the Layer Manager, Surface Manager, Point
settings and Help.

An option has been added to display Help on toolbars.

Inverse toolbar has been improved to fix focus issues when selecting points from the screen.

A new observation toolbar allows you to see instrument angles and distance information quickly and
efficiently.

Staking toolbar has been incorporated into the new observation toolbar.

Instrument settings toolbar has been replaced by a dialog.

Options
Options menu now includes options for Bluetooth Persist, Communication Trace File, and Language
Resource Selector.

The Windows Mobile platforms now allow the user to select the Display theme.

General
Layout will turn off the Bluetooth radio when you exiting and automatically turn it on when initiating a
Bluetooth connection.

Check level screen has been updated with bold text and better view of the level bubbles.
