Admissions in all disciplines will be granted on merit basis. Candidates passed their qualifying examination with at least 2nd division can apply for admission.
Ineligibility for all Disciplines
Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination in Bi-Annual / Supp: 2017 will not be eligible for admission this year.
Availability of Application Forms
1. Application Forms along with Prospectus can be obtained from HBL, University Branch & ABL, Lor Karez Branch, by depositing Rs.1500/- each from 30-08-2017.
2. Application Forms (in duplicate) complete in all respect will be submitted in concerned teaching departments of the University up to 15-09-2017 positively.

POINT TO BE NOTED.
Candidates applying in the Faculty of Pharmacy & Health Sciences where admissions will be entertained through Entry Test shall have to deposit Rs. 1000/- in HBL University
Branch & ABL Lor Karez Branch, through Bank Challan and shall attached copy No. 2 with admission form and shall submit in the concerned department.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED.
a) Four latest Photographs.
b) Three attested photocopies of Provisional Certicates & Transcript of Studies of the last qualifying examination.
c) Three attested photocopies of Matric Certicate.
d) Three attested photocopies of Local / Domicile Certicate.
e) Three attested photocopies of CNIC (each) of the applicant's & their father's / guardian's
f) Three attested photocopies of character certicate from head of the Institution last attended.
g) Afdavit (in original) from Magistrate 1st Class to the effect that he/she will not indulge in any kind of political activities during studies in the University.
h) Applicants will have to bring with them their original documents at the time of interview; otherwise will not be considered for the admission, applied for.
