NOTICE
SWATCH JAL VAYU VIHAR- SWATCH BHARAT
CLEARING OF COMMON AREAS- BEFORE DEEPAWALI

1. The Management Committee is receiving numerous complaints

regarding accumulation of Boxes/ Crates/ Packing/ Waste and unused
materials that are lying in common areas for ages. In some cases these
materials are lying there for more than 8-10 years as the owners have moved
out from the Society leaving their belonging in the common area that too
without any notice to Management/ neighbors. It is not always possible to
identify such defaulters. This common areas are becoming dumping/
garbage ground.

2. These items are creating the following problems for the Society/
residents:-

(a) Becoming breeding grounds for rats, snakes, mosquito etc. Thus
posing major health hazard.
(b) Eyesore for neighbours/ visitors/ Management.
(c) Encouraging other residents to throw their waste material
including garbage/ unused items in common area.
(d) Becoming cause of friction/ heart burn among the residents/
neighbours/ Management.
(e) Wasting Managements precious time that goes in resolving such
issues and convincing otherwise learned people against such
unhealthy practices.
(f) Defeating the Managements efforts who are trying to create a neat
and clean environment in the Society.
(g) The quantum of such garbages is only growing in common area
as we keep our houses neat & clean and leave the garbage/ unwanted
material outside in common area.
3. Keeping in view the burgeoning problem the Society once again
request all house owners/ residents the following:-

(a) Clear the common area being unauthorisely occupied by the

owners/ residents by 15 Oct 2015 positively.
(b) After this date the items left in the common area will be
considered unclaimed and will be treated accordingly.
(c) Those still needing to keep the items may enter details of items in
the register of Society and take approval from the Management
giving expected date of removal of items (not exceeding three months).
(d) The above arrangement (at Sl (c)) will be only allowed if the
owners take responsibility of cleaning the area and no objection from
the Block in-charges.

4. Cooperation of all members/ residents is solicited. Let us take pride in

healthy, clean, community living.
