Putnams Pub and Cooker is a busy, fast paced, local restaurant in Brooklyn, New York City.
I worked full time as a waitress in the restaurant, including private parties in the formal wine
cellar area of the restaurant. In depth knowledge of wine and beer was necessary, as well as
working efficiently at a high pace maintaining the high standard the restaurant holds within the
neighbourhood.

The Ochsen is a boutique 4-star hotel in Southern Germany. The hotel
caters for a wealthy clientele. I worked there full time in the summer of 2015. I worked
initially with the household staff but was subsequently trained as a waitress, barista and
bartender.

Bijou Restaurant, Rathgar, Dublin 6. Bijou is a very busy, upmarket local restaurant. I worked
shifts most weekends predominantly as Front of House Hostess with responsibility for organising
the table plan, greeting and seating clientele and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.

Choral Director of The Campanile Consort
Michaelmas Term 2016 Director and Conductor of the a capella chamber ensemble in
Trinity College Dublin. The SATB choir is a small group of Music students in Trinity College
Dublin. There are two concerts per anum including repertoire of sacred, secular, gospel, and early
vocal music. The directors role is to conduct the choir and to bring them to a professional
standard of chamber choral singing within a 12-week period. The choir holds a professional
standard, which is maintained each year with the direction of the Conductor.
