Benefits Of Water For Our Live

Water is one of the basic elements necessary for humans to survive. As the
population of the world continues to grow, so does our need for water. It is therefore
very important to analyse the main ways in which we use water, so that we can
control how much we use and make sure that everyone has enough. Water can be
divided into four categories.

One important use of water is Hydroelectricity.Hydroelectricity is one generator that

use water flow to be converted into electrical energy. This hydroelectricity often found
in rural area which has natural resource as known well as waterfall. This kind of
energy can be used as new source of potential energy.Because in rural areas
commonly energy is come from the natural resource, thats why the uses of
hydroelectricity is important to utilize the existing natural resources. For example a
hydraulic turbine converts the energy of flowing water into mechanical energy.A
hydroelectric generator converts this mechanical energy into electricity. The electrical
energy then flowed through networks that have been made, until finally the electrical
energy arrived at their house. Thus the uses of water as the source of this kind of
energy is very helpful to be the alternative energy.

The second main category important use of water is Cooking.Water is essential for
human life on this earth.Water can not be separated from human activities such as
cooking. Cooking is a human activity that requires water as a solvent in food. For
example water can be used in cooking process. If we wants to drink a hot water or
makes a coffee or tea, we need boiling water. Beside that we need water to clean
over the blood from the fresh meat of fish, and also clean the vegetables.Overall
water can be utilized for human need as an essential thing especially in their daily
activities such as cooking need.As expressed cooking uses is another major way that
water is used.

The third main category of water use is agricultural need. This kind of water is called
agricultural water which is used to grow fresh produce and sustain livestock. The
agriculture itself is one of the largest consumers of water, requiring one hundred times
more than we use food personal need.As population keeps increasing more food and
livestock feed need to be produced in the future and more water applied to this
purpose.Irrigate agriculture will have to claim large quantities of water to produce the
food required to feed the world.Accroding to the United Geological Survey
(USGS),water used for irrigation accounts for nearly 65 percent of the worlds
freshwater. There are 330 million acres of land used for agricultural purposes that
produce an abundance of food and other product. In general when agricultural water
is used effectively and safely, production will positively affected.A decreas in applied
water can cause production to decrease.Management strategies are the most
important way to improve agricultural water used and maintain optimal production
and yield. The key is to implement management strategies that improve water use
efficiency.

Perhaps, the most important way that we use water, however, is drinking.Water is a
major part of the composition of the human body. Almost all reactions in the human
body requires liquid. In order to make your metabolism goes well, it takes the input of
liquids every day to replace lost liquids.By drinking water we will avoid dehydration
and water will help maintain liquid balance inside the body, which helps transport
nutrients in the body, regulate body temperature, digest food, and last but not least
important is the liquid is able to filter out the trash from the blood circulation and
remove them through the urine.Hereby consuming water help us reduce health
problems that exist in our bodies and is able to maintain the necessity of liquid
required by our bodies.

For a long time, people in industrialised countries have used water and damaged the
sources of water without thinking about the long-term effects of their actions. It is
clear, however, that in the future, we will all need to think carefully about the quantity
and purpose of our water use so that everyone has a fair share of this essential
element.
