exporter of cement and clinker. Total cement capacity of the Aditya Birla Group is 36.25mnT pa.
Responsibilities involved supporting senior engineers with maintenance strategies of Ready Mix
Concrete PLANT, preparing & maintaining maintenance registers, check lists, planning &
implementing maintenance activities.

 Worked closely with the RMC maintenance engineer for ensuring maximum plant
availability by preventing unexpected breakdowns & reducing shutdown periods of RMC
Plant.
 Responsible for elimination of unsafe conditions that cause accidents thereby ensuring
safety of the workmen.
 Duties encompassed minimizing accidents through regular inspection of RMC Plant
and keeping all productive assets in good working condition.

Achievements & Recommendations

 Based on maintenance analysis & study, the defects in the arm protector rubber & mixer
seal were brought to the notice which were rectified.
 Suggested set up of an engineering store at the plant for provision of spares &
consumables.

 Position involved functioning closely with the senior engineer and assisting for performing
major overhaul and routine maintenance of aircraft wheels and brakes.
 Scope of responsibility included abolition of insecure situation through standard check
up that roots mishaps thereby guarantying safeguard of components.
 Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul aircraft brakes and assemblies, such as hydraulic
and pneumatic systems.

 Suggested a stator pressure testing fixture intended for testing the cylinder force which
was appreciated.

 Successfully designed DELATCH TESTING FIXTURE intended to carry out the
circuit breaker testing.
 Modified the main assembly fixture to incorporate the shell assembly in the main
moulded housing of the breaker.
 Gained knowledge of AutoCAD 2000 while designing the fixtures for circuit breaker and
performed a number of other functions as per assigned.
