SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, John Mark Mendoza Gomez, of legal age, Filipino, Single, and presently
residing at 1002 Chateau De Baie Along Roxas Boulevard Corner Airport Rd,
Paranaque City, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state that:

I am the Plaintiff in this case; I have caused the preparation of the

foregoing Complaint; I have read and understood the contents thereof;
and all the allegations contained therein are true and correct of my own
personal knowledge.

I hereby Charlene Lontoc, constitute and appoint John Mark Mendoza

Gomez, of legal age, Filipino, single, presently residing at 1002 Chateau De
Baie Along Roxas Boulevard Corner Airport Rd, Paranaque City, to
represent me in filing this Complaint and during all the proceedings in
connection with this case, on such dates as may be agreed upon or directed
by the Jeron Travel and Tours Corp, as well as in any transaction with
other government agency concerned in processing all the documents
necessary for the above Complaint; with full and special power and
authority to do and perform the following:

(a) To negotiate, conclude, enter into and execute a compromise on

matters allowed by law under such terms and conditions as our lawyer
may deem just and reasonable; (b) To agree on the simplification of the
issues;

(c) To amend the pleadings;

(d) To obtain stipulations or admissions of facts and of documents to

avoid unnecessary presentation of proof;

(e) To limit the number of the witnesses;

(f) To undertake a preliminary reference of the issues to a

commissioner; and

(g) To do and agree on such other matters as may aid in the prompt
disposition of the action, with full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises.
