AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this agreement shall be entered into by:

XYZ, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Tandag City, Surigao
del Sur, hereinafter known as the FIRST PARTY;

and

ABC, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Tandag City, Surigao
del Sur, hereinafter known as the SECOND PARTY;

WHEREAS:

The FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY are legally married last 29
December 1990 at La Paz, Bayabas, Surigao del Sur, and gifted with four children
namely, 123, 24 years old, 456, 23 years old, 789, 20 years old and 012, 12 years
old;

The PARTIES thus jointly propose, stipulate and accept that they shall
mutually and voluntarily agree, under the following terms and conditions:

1. That the FIRST PARTY hereby waive and relinquish all his present and
future share, interest and participation in the absolute community property
and personal accounts of the SECOND PARTY;

2. That the FIRST PARTY hereby promise that he will not anymore hurt
emotionally and psychologically the SECOND PARTY and their children;

3. That the FIRST PARTY hereby pledge to give and remit to the SECOND
PARTY, ONE HALF (1/2) of whatever salary and benefits that may be
granted to the former;

4. That the FIRST PARTY cannot apply for loan without the written consent
of the SECOND PARTY;

5. That the PARTIES voluntarily agree to cease and desist from disturbing
and interfering the life of other party;

6. That the FIRST PARTY hereby authorize the SECOND PARTY and the
concerned private and public agencies to do and perform whatsoever is
requisite or necessary or proper to be done under and by virtue of these
present;

7. That the parties hereby promise to sign any and all documents, pleadings
or motions that may be required for the fulfillment of this agreement;

8. That any breach caused by any party in this agreement may be a ground
for filing appropriate criminal, civil or administrative case; and

9. That we are executing this 2 pages agreement voluntarily on our free will
and act.

 WHEREFORE, the parties hereby enter and eternally promise to comply
with the terms and conditions of this agreement without any purpose of evasion
or deviation.
