Psychometric Assessment at Work Course / BPS Level 1 and 2 Ability & Personality Test User Training

This intensive professional course provides training in psychometric assessment leading to the fulfillment of
requirements for The British Psychological Society Register of Qualifications (RQTU) in Test Use - Levels 1 & 2
(previously BPS Level A & B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing).

After successful completion of the course, delegates are qualified to order, administer, score, interpret and feedback
on a complete range of ability and aptitude tests as well as multiple personality inventories (including assessments
that PsyAsia does not offer).

Psychometric Test Administration Course

(British Psychological Society Level 1 Assistant Test User Qualification)
For clients who wish to competently practice the administration of ability and personality assessments in
organizational settings.

Identity Questionnaire Accreditation Course

For clients who wish to use The Identity Personality Questionnaire; a personality assessment which has been shown to
have a similar level of validity as cognitive ability tests. This high level of validity is rare for most personality
assessments.

Saville Consulting Wave Module Training

For human resource professionals, line managers, supervisors, consultants, psychologists, training managers,
counsellors and anybody who wishes to use The Saville Consulting Wave; a modern personality questionnaire which
has been scientifically proven to have higher levels of reliability and validity than all leading personality questionnaires
it has been compared with.

Saville Consulting Wave Conversion Course

For clients who already hold the BPS Level 2 Personality Test User qualification or who are trained in a substantive
personality assessment such as OPQ32, 16PF, 15FQ+ or HPI (not MBTI, DiSC, Harrison Assessments etc.) and wish to
use the Saville Consulting Wave.

Apollo Profile Accreditation Course

For clients who wish to use The Apollo Profile; a highly valid, reliable and economically priced personality assessment
tool, in recruitment/selection, development, coaching, team-building, careers advice and more.

Introduction to Psychometric Tests
