Introduction
Certain foods help you to maintain a naturally high sex drive if you eat
them more often.
We know that these special foods can boost libido because of their
tested and proven effects on the human body.
On the other hand, there are foods that can clog up your liver, lower
your testosterone levels, increase cholesterol levels, block your arteries,
slow down metabolism and cause weight gain.
These are the specific foods that you should be avoiding if you want to
maintain hard erections.
1. Testosterone levels
2. Good blood circulation
3. Physical condition (weight)
4. Functioning liver
5. Absence of medical side effects
Before doing any of the above, a man needs to know what foods could
be inadvertently destroying erection strength, frequency and quality.

Junk Food
How It Kills Erections
Junk food is the worst offender of all and can cause rapid weight gain,
higher blood pressure, higher cholesterol levels and lower testosterone.

Processed Food
How It Kills Erections
Processed food is typically that which you buy in plastic packaging that is
fully prepared and ready to eat after heating or cooking directly from the
package.

White flour is present in a high number of foods and there is a very high
chance that you are eating at least some of these on a regular basis. The
worst kind of white flour will be full of harmful preservatives, devoid of
nutritional value and at best a substance which does little other than
make you feel full.

Conclusion
If you have low libido or erectile dysfunction, it is very probably that it
has taken a long time to happen.
When your penis and sex drive are weak, generally it is a symptom of
other, more serious causes. In fact, losing your erection can even be the
last of all problems to occur.
This means that you have most likely had bad nutritional and/or other
habits for quite some time. Perhaps you have been eating the wrong
foods, not getting enough exercise and taking medication.
Regardless of what you have been doing, the first step towards
improving your sex drive naturally is to immediately eliminate all of these
harmful foods from your diet.
This report was made based on studies made on the foods and there is
more than enough evidence to suggest that it is absolutely vital that you
avoid regular consumption of the above.
Once you have taken this important step, you can then concentrate on
improving your libido naturally by eating healthily and with regular
exercise.
