Health condition is very important for a student because it is one of the factors that
can affect their studies, it is one of the basis that can help them have a good grade and
better performance in school. There were different health conditions that is very common
in students such as fever and cold which causes them to be absent in class and got a
failing grades in a subjects. Using the purposive judgmental sampling method and survey
questionnaire during the actual data collection most of the respondents answered that
eating nutritious food is one of the exercise to maintain their good health condition and
performance in school. proper diet and regularly exercise also helps them got a good
performance in school. Hence, this information can be significant for improving their
health condition and to know its effects to the academic performance of student and for
than be aware on how to prevent and stop poor health condition as a student of Abuyog
National High School.
