TECHNICAL SERVICE

Greetings!

I am writing this letter as a compliance to the Memorandum dated August 23,

2016 sent to me by your good office requesting me to explain the reason why I incurred
tardiness for more than 10 days.

I understand that I was not able to comply with the standard of attendance
required by the department for more than ten (10) days. I sincerely apologize for this.
The reason why I was always late is because as a single parent I have to finish all the
household chores every morning before I leave for the office. In addition to leaving the
house late, the ongoing rehabilitation of various roads within the city contributed to the
uncertainty of the pace of the traffic thus taking more tolls to my travel time. I am
asking for your kind understanding in this matter. I will see to it that the coming days
will be different. I will make sure that I will not incur anymore tardiness in the future.

Again I sincerely apologize for my tardiness and asking for your kind
consideration on this matter.
