Erin Dady to Join Bremer as Chief Marketing Officer

St. Paul, MN November 20, 2017 Bremer Financial Corporation is pleased to announce that Erin Dady has been
named Chief Marketing Officer effective December 4, 2017.

Erin brings a proven track record as a skilled communicator, with extensive experience in communications, government
relations, team building and strategic planning. As Bremers CMO, Erin will use these talents to develop overall
marketing, PR and external communications strategies.

true, said Erin. I am excited about enhancing Bremers marketing through branding and customer segmentation, which
will start with listening, building relationships, and maximizing the value our team will offer.

Erins 23-year career includes leadership roles at the University of Minnesota and a variety of public sector roles,
including 10 years in leadership positions for the City of St. Paul, starting as the Citys director of marketing. Erin then
spent five years as chief of staff to St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman. In this role, Erin managed all Mayors Office operations
and initiatives, including communication and outreach, government relations, policy and strategic planning, as well as
acting as chief advisor on the Citys $500 million annual budget and 3,000 employees.

In addition to her professional experience, Erin has given back through community service in a number of ways. She has
served on the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity Board since 2012, and has served on a number of community boards and
committees including Visit Saint Paul, Landmark Center, St. Paul Chamber of Commerce Foundation, The Jeremiah
Program, and Women Winning.

A longtime resident of St. Paul, Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University, and an
MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. She was recognized as a Minneapolis St. Paul
Business Journal 40 under 40 recipient, and named one of the top Executive MBA students from Poets and Quants in
2015.
