Dear DA Conley:

On 9/7/17, ADA Nucci, or someone from your office, Judge Sally Kelly, P.O. Jon Izzo (he said he was present), and my
former public defender, Meg Stanley all had a copy of the attached conditions of release dated 3/23/17 in their
possession. In my absence, without my permission, a motion was heard on Reporting Requirements outlined in the
attached document.

This attached 3/23/17 Court Order, signed by Judge Kelly clearly states Agent Rand of Federal Protective Services.

In spite of, Attorney Meg Stanley, who was supposed to be representing me had already accepted a fabricated
Federal Protective Services Report, and a business card claiming Steven Rand is NOT with Federal Protective Services.
Which she then mails to me on 10/3/17.

I have seen the Federal Protective Services badge. It says Federal Protective Services right on it. NPPD have different
badges, FBI have different badges, police officers have different badges.

The attached document is evidence your office and Attorney Meg Stanley, along with Steven Rand, who is your 1st
murder suspect in the murders of John and Geraldine Magee, have knowingly mailed me fabricated titles for this guy.
Coincidentally, the very same various titles that he outright confessed caused me to question his actual identity. He
confessed in the fabricated FPS report I asked for his identification. He sent me a text message admitting he never
identified himself, when he threatened to take my life.

Steven Rand, as proven by your own office, did impersonate various law enforcement. For all I know, hes not even a
Federal Protective Services cop or security guard when he threatened to put a bullet in my heard. If hes not, then
theres a problem with these conditions of release. I was ordered to stay away from a figment of everyones
imagination. Im being told to stay away from an Agent Rand of Federal Protective Services, and he doesnt exist. Or
maybe he does, which makes his emails using an FBI email address seriously criminal, and appears to have sent me email
responses posing as a Boston.Mail@ic.fbi.gov

Your office has clearly fabricated an entire case. Youre actually interfering with having Steven Rand charged. Just like
these mutts interfered with having Attorney Michael Bedard & Jerome Hill charged when they tried to murder me on
12/20/14 following my filing a complaint with the FBI and US Attorneys Office on serious RICO violations.

On 11/28/17 I will be in court, where Im feeling confident Ill be attacked. Again.
