PROBLEM OR NEED THAT SOLVE

Given the different problems of pollution within cities arises the need to have green
areas within different urban cities, especially to counter problems such as noise and
above all counteract the large amounts of gas emissions that are in different cities
or urban sites. But it is important too thing is to have a classification and inventory of
the different trees so that you can do their respective monitoring and tracing,
currently not done correctly by the IDEA.

JUSTIFICATION

With the different environmental problems that affect our planet, it becomes
necessary to develop technologies that help to supply the environmental impacts
that man generates.

Trees are living elements that are around us, giving us a series of benefits that we
sometimes ignore in our daily lives such as oxygen, shade, landscaping, food, etc.
In cities there are many trees that make up the same urban environment, but in many
cases there is no inventory of the existence of the same, their health status, or the
benefits it provides to the community.

In this context, it is intended to develop a technological application that allows to the

IDEA, Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Sede Medellin, to register the trees that
exist in their environment or headquarters, all in order to quantify the tree heritage,
to know where they are located spatially, the common names, the state of the And
have an interactive platform and database that will allow us, among other things, to
know the flora of our city, in addition to having an inventory, a catalog of names and
species, a community platform, so that local organizations Public, private and
individuals to access this data in order to improve the decision-making and the
management of the territory and thus contribute knowledge on environmental issues
and indicators.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Develop a technological platform for the registration of trees in the Universidad

Nacional de Colombia, Sede Medellin.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Make an inventory of the flora that is in the Universidad Nacional de

Colombia, Sede Medellin, allowing employees to register it.
Classify the different species of flora that have and it have clarity of what you
have and what you are planting.
Track each tree that is registered, especially those that are just being planted

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT (PRODUCT, PROCESS, CONTEXT).

The main product that is intended to be made in this case is part of a software that
is available in the cloud so that most people with access to the Internet can also
access the application. It is required that the person or user who is going to register
a tree has a user session, that is, has a user account which must be created by the
user. Once the user is logged in, a user menu is displayed where you have options
such as registering a tree or making observations regarding an existing one within
the database.
The context of the project is environmental as well as governmental, especially with
those governmental organizations that look after the well-being of the environment,
especially those that have as their specific theme the flora.

MODULES

REGISTRO
The user is required to create a user login, that is, to register all the personal data required
to enter the platform.

INGRESAR
Allows the user to enter their username and password registered in the platform for entry to
it.

INFORMACIN DE INTERES
The user is shown information about the IDEA in aspects such as mission, vision and
objectives of the same.

CONTCTANOS
It allows the user to send grievance, complaints or suggestions to the IDEA regarding the
issues that are handled in platform or another.

VISUALIZAR ARBOLES REGISTRADOS EN PLATAFORMA

Allows the user to visualize a table with the information of all the trees that have been
registered in database.
 INGRESAR DATOS DE UN ARBOL
Allows the user to enter data of a tree that has not been registered, in this case aspects like
location, name, class, size, etc.

VISUALIZAR INFORMES
Allows the user to visualize the reports that are reported by the organization every certain
time.

CORREGIR DATOS DE INGRESO A LA PLATAFORMA

Allows the user to correct the entered user data in the registry.

CERRAR SESIN
Allows the user to close user session start at login
