-LSSE Terms of Employment-

The following document, consists of the terms and rules that ALL LSSE clan
members agree to upon acceptance into the clan. Failure to abide by the rules will
result in administrative action appropriately.

Rules: (Section 1| INTRO-A)


When joining LSSE I agree to...

Remain Professional throughout my entire experience with LSSE.


Be Cooperative with/and Supportive of each, and every member; Despite their
differences.
Be of an appropriate age. (14+)
Remove all dyes, visible tattoos, Overly excessive Facial/Body hair, bags.
(Admins use better judgement).
Wear the appropriate uniform in accordance with my rank.
Abstain the use of profanity during LSSE hosted/involved events,
Use Yes Sir/Ma'am No Sir/Maam to address superior officers
Accept and Follow the rules/changes/decisions made by Admins.
Not to disrupt the flow/Environment with Inappropriate actions.
Respond and Communicate effectively and Respectfully at all times.
Follow all instructions of higher ranks. (Administration, Deputys, etc.)
Do not lie at any point during your LSSE career, whether it helps your case, or
not.

Patrols: (Section 2 | A1 )
When an LSSE member is on patrol, he/she is expected to.

Uphold the Law of San Andreas.


Follow the orders of superior officers.
Stay in my assigned jurisdiction, which is stated in each patrol briefing.
Be professional and realistic during Official/ Unofficial patrols and in LSSE
hosted/involved events.
React to situations as you were trained/As an officer would or as youve have
seen other civilians act IRL
Abstain from the use of explosives & Unpermitted weapons unless instructed to
do so by an Administrator.
Assist other members effectively and respectfully.
Follow all the LSSE Clan Rules / protocols at all times.

Civilians: (Section 3 | A2)


Civilians are expected to

Know how to act/demonstrate a call without causing mass catastrophe.


Remain realistic during patrol at all times.
Know the rules and protocols of a civilian, even without prior training.
Follow all the LSSE Clan Rules at all times.

Weapons: (Section 4 | A3)


Officers are allowed to have/use during patrols...

Night Stick
Flashlight
Crowbar*
Utility/Combat Knife
Standard Service Pistol w/Flashlight
.50 Cal Pistol w/Flashlight
Carbine Rifle*
Pump Shotgun*
Combat MG*
Stun Gun / Flare. (One Flare gun shot is equal to one Stun gun shot.)
Snipers*
Weapons with * must be pulled from trunk of a car/vehicle.

Civilian Call Levels: (Section 5 A4)


Level 1: (Low Priority)
Ex: Traffic Stops, Calls without weapons.
Level 2: (Mid Priority)
Ex: Knife Calls, Domestic Dispute Calls.
Level 3: (High Priority) - Usually requests ALL units to respond Code 3 Priority / Code 3.
Ex: Gun Involved Calls, Robbery Calls, Pursuit Calls, Hostage Calls.
Civilians can use.
Any handheld melee weapon
Any pistol except for 1 shot and AP (Automatic)
Other weapons must be asked for before callout.
UNIFORMS:
Officers are expected to wear their uniform while patrolling, Training or other crew tasks.
Uniforms will be described by an Administrator before Patrol.
Showing up to a patrol without Uniform is considered a L1O and will be handled
appropriately.

Administrative Rights: (Section 6 A5)


Admins are given a set of can/can't do's. These rules apply to every admin, and can
only be changed when in agreement with every other administrator or by mandatory
Placement by Chief of Police

Admins can...

Determine the status of any LSSE member(s) if approved by the chief.


Determine the outcome of any situation if approved by the chief
Recommend an Officer for Change of position, Change of rank, Termination,
Acceptance
Remove an officer from a specific event or Patrol if feels need be and is
justifiable by the TOE, must have a clean report filed after event.
Recommend meetings and briefings but they must be approved by the Chief of
Police.
Authorize an action (Place bomb, Shoot subject. etc)
Call Official Patrols if approved by the Chief of Police.
Change a units vehicle, uniform without the need of an explanation to the unit,
However the action must be justifiable when asked why from the Chief of Police.
Terminate, Change Rank, hire. etc. a Member without explanation to the
member. Must be approved by Chief (MBA)
Can contact a member regarding an incident if it's approved by the Chief of
Police.
Call for a person to be removed from an event/gathering without need of an
explanation to any of the involved parties, excluding the chief of Police.

Admins are not allowed to...

Release the private information (Name, Email, IP.etc.) of ANY member; under
any circumstances.
Disclose any private/Confidential Information.
Deny a member based on race, Ethnicity, Sexuality, Gender, etc.
Force a member to apologize for something they feel was the right course of
action.
Force a member to do anything that isn't apart of/ required by/for normal
operating procedures.
Get disrespectful or Intentionally Rude with any member or person.
Use their personal opinions as means to recommend an officer/member for
termination, rank change, or hire. etc.
Can't force a specific member to attend a specific patrol, or event.
Cancel/Abort any order made by the Chief of Police.
Break any of the LSSE Rules, that are stated in this T.O.E.
Force a member to speak or act in a way that's either unjustifiable or
inappropriate.
Use their rank as mean of Intimidation or Threat. Respect is earned, not given.
Change or modify the T.O.E without consent from the Chief of Police.
Issue/Start any unnecessary/Unjustifiable feuds/fights with another clan.
Consider another Clan as an enemy or Target without consent and evidence of
foul play given to/from the Chief of Police.

Administrative Actions: (Section 7 A6)


This section of the TOE describes the correct protocol Admins should take in specific
situations. It covers most, but not all, situations and Admins are required to use their
better judgment in cases.

LEVEL 1 OFFENSES: (L1O)


Level one offenses will result in one/some of the following actions:
1. Suspension for 24hrs.
2. Bike/Foot patrol.
3. Mandatory ride along.
4. A formal written apology.
5. Removal from game.
Some Level One Offenses include, but ARE NOT limited to...
Petty Insulting.
Name Calling.
Cursing during Patrols
Intentional Car crashes/ unjustified damage to vehicle.
Accidental Explosions that result in property damage/Life loss
Excessive use of microphone that is unjustifiable.
Reports of bad driving
LEVEL 2 OFFENSES: (L2O)
Level two offenses will result in one/some of the following actions:

1. Suspension for 24-120 hours (1-5 days).


2. Foot/Bike patrol for a period of 24-120 hours.
3. Rank Demotion.
4. A formal written apology 100 words or more.
5. Removal from game. (Patrol, Event, Job,etc.).
6. Etcetera.
Some level two offenses include but are not limited to...
Bribery
Excessive Name calling/Petty Bullying after warning
Intentional Crashes after warning
Intentional Explosions that result in property damage/Life Loss
Excessive reports
Cursing during patrols after warning
Intentional disruption of patrol/Roleplay
Etcetera.

LEVEL THREE OFFENSES: (L3O)

Level three offenses will result in one/some of the following actions:

1. Suspension for 120+ hours (5+ days).


2. Foot/Bike patrol for a period of 120+ hours.
3. Rank Demotion.
4. A formal written apology 500 words or more.
5. Clan Removal Hearing (CRH).
6. Clan Removal Meeting (CRM).
7. Termination.
8. Etcetera.

All L3Os are subject due to process

Some level three offenses include but are not limited to...
Discrimination.
Sexual Abuse Online
Violation and Conviction of ANY US Cybercrime.
Intentional Bullying.
Promoting/Prompting Suicide/DEATH of any person/member.
Hacking (Including both Threat and or Attempts).
Legible Threats.
Unreasonable Anger that disrupts standard procedures.
Uncontrollable Urges or Behaviors.
Intentional Disrespect towards any person, member.
Infringement of any LSSE Property.
Behavior of Malicious Intent (BOMI).
Advertising: (Section 8 A7)

There is to be no advertising/soliciting on any LSSE Gaming Network Community on


PS4, and the LSSE Gaming Community Kik Chat.

Advertising can consist of:

1. Advertising any other crew, or individual.


2. Advertising any business / service.

Clan Hopping / Switching: (Section 9 A8)

If the LSSE Administration sees that an individual has another crew set as their active
crew, you will lose your position, and will have to reapply for LSSE.
After being re-accepted x amount of times, your application could then be denied, and
counted as a L3O as behavior of malicious intent (BOMI).

Chatroom/ Communities: (Section 10 A9)

In any public LSSE Chatroom / Community, there is to be no profanity/inappropriate


messages posted, sent, or displayed. If inappropriate content is posted, sent, or
displayed then administrative action will be taken. All cases are handled appropriately,
and Admins use of better judgment is used.

Zello Channel Rules: (Section 11 A10)

1. You must respect each individual in the channel.


2. You must Respond & Communicate effectively on the channel.
3. Don't make disruptive noises.
4. You may not use profanity.
5. You may not Play Music.
6. Do not disrupt the Flow of Radio Transmissions if an event is taking place (Remain
10-3, Silent) , Unless you are involved in the event.
7. You do not have the right to lie at any point when speaking on our channels.

All of the Aforementioned rules must be followed at all time, while you are in our Zello
Channels
Failure to Comply, will result in appropriate actions.
LSSE Subdivision Regulations (Section 12 A11)

Applies ll subdivisions that are created within LSSE regulation


Must abide by all existing TOE
Must consist of members who have a membership with LSSE
Must not interfere with existing LSSE activity (Events, patrols, etc.)
Are not independent from LSSE and must not insinuate this in any instance
Must abide normal LSSE administrative Chain-of-Command
Can use their own roles/jobs for use in their own events and communications
Are subject to penalization from administrative staff as per TOE
Cannot claim to have administrative rights without actually being an admin of LSSE and
must avoid such instances where it may be insinuated
Are permitted to create guidelines for themselves that do not interfere with above and
must be approved by administrative team (Requirements for entry, qualifications, etc.)
Are subject, at any point in time, to scrutiny, disbandment, policy change .etc by
administration
Must give complete transparency and access to all side communications to
administration upon request (Slack chats, PSN groups, etc.); hiding, concealing (or
anything similar) means of communication could be tried as behavior of malicious intent.

All members within a subdivision


Must be sworn in before allowed any assignment or role within a subdivision
Are subject to LSSE TOE
Must abide by Chain-of-Command in both LSSE and appropriate subdivision(s)
Are subject to penalization, demotion, or removal by administrative team at any time

Any and all discrepancies internally are to be reported and handled via the report section
of our website or a designated point of contact.

CLAUSES:

This section is made to clarify certain Ideology and principles that may have otherwise
gotten confused in translation.
When a member is banned/suspended/removed (or anything similar) He/She is not to
communicate to LSSE members when there is 3+ or more LSSE representatives in the
group. (Party, game, channel, chat etc.)

LSSE members are not to publicly affiliate themselves with


banned/suspended/removed (or anything similar) members, if an LSSE member seen
socializing with one of the aforementioned types of players the behavior will be
considered treasonous and subject to an L30.

LSSE members are to follow all directions given by superior officers despite the
game/gathering or event. If you decide to represent this group, youre expected to do
so, positively, until you resign.

ALL members, banned or active, are subject to be treated fairly and justly.

Any member that disrespectfully enables a banned/suspended/removed (or anything


similar) member to interact with current/active members is subject to a L30 Charge.

Dishonorable discharge DOES NOT constitute being added to the MWL.

S3 UNITED & ESPORTS (S12 A11)

RULES:

The following is a list of rules that all players on the team are expected to abide by:

1. No Lying

2. Follow the directions of the coach(s)

3. Work respectfully and as a team

4. Attend practices//Events or notify of an absence min. 24hrs in advance.

5. DO NOT Schedule matches. You may recommend it to a coach.

6. No Trash Talking or other un-sportsman like conduct towards any opposing team
or S3 Member.

7. No private sponsorships.

8. No Money/Donations should be collected by members of the team.


COACH RIGHTS

Determine the status of any S3 member(s) (BENCHED, REMOVED, ACTIVE) if


approved by the chief.
Recommend a member for Change of position, Suspension, Termination,
Acceptance. Must be approved by Chef of Police.
Remove a member from a specific evet/match if feels need be and is justifiable
by the above rules. Actions must be reported to the Chief.
Recommend meetings and briefings but they must be approved by the Chief of
Police.
Call Official Events if approved by the Chief of Police.
Terminate, Bench, hire. etc. a Member without explanation to the member. Must
be approved by Chief (MBA)

Police.

COACHES CAN NOT

Admins do NOT have the right to interpret or Understand situations under their
own opinions. Each case will be handled using the aforementioned rubric and
based solely off of evidence. Every member is innocent until proven guilty.
This Guide is subject to change without notification. Upon applying for the clan,
you agree to accept and abide by these rules as this is our code of conduct.
