Sugar Detox Diet

A simple, seven day program designed to break the cycle of sugar addiction.
Created by Clinical Nutritionist Sharon Meyer, DipION CNC,
of Sutter Healths Institute for Health and Healing in San Francisco.
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of fruit
Day 1 1 cup of green tea

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with Snack: 1 apple

1 cup of green tea Day 2 Lunch: Stir fry vegetables (left-
