About Katarungan Pambarangay:

Proper handling & discussion on Katarungang Pambarangay. The lupon consist of

15 members who have no experience & training in conducting hearing/entertaining
complaints in accordance with Katarungan Pambarangay.

Exposure also to constituents of the Katarungan Pambarangay & availment of such.

About handling CICL, minor/women (victims/accused):

assigned Brgy. womens desk has no relevant training on this matter.

2. Legal Services: (allotted time: 4 hours)

Legal Consultationmay involve topic such as, among others:
Land registration
Property disputes
Succession/inheritance
Loan
Spec. Pro. (registration: birth, marriage, death)
Annulment/Nullification/Legal Separation
Termination of Employment (labor code)
Domestic abuse and rights of abused
(Brgy. womens desk has no relevant training)
CICL, their rights, obligation and liability of CICL parent/guardian
RIR (vehicular accident/collision) and Filing of complaint/procedure

Notarial Services: drafting & administering oath (with proper instruction of

requirements & PAOs restriction)
