  The  CCU  Credit  Card  Application  has  been  updated  and  added  to  the  
Intranet<Product  Knowledge  Guide.    Please  discontinue  using  and  discard  the  
old  form.    
 
7-­‐7-­‐2011  –  Subject:  XP  Override    
  A  new  supervisor  override  function  called  “Special  Condition  17”  has  been  
added  to  XP.      This  function  will  assist  in  managing  the  risk  of  transactions  with  
special  conditions,  such  as  MSR  Transactions  Reopen,  CD  withdrawals,  Cash  
Over,    Cash  Under,  etc…Associates  with  supervisor  overrides  need  to  continue  
to  verify  carefully  each  transaction  that  requires  an  override  before  approving.    
 
7-­‐8-­‐2011  –  Subject:  Payroll  Allocation    
  The  Payroll  Allocation  Form  has  been  updated  and  added  to  the  Intranet<PKG.  
Please  discontinue  using  and  discard  the  old  form.    Make  sure  the  form  is  
complete  and  accurate  with  the  proper  signatures.      After  completing  the  form,  
fax  to  Barbara  Welsh,  Operations  Specialists  @  214-­‐319-­‐3099  until  further  
notice.  
 
7-­‐8-­‐2011  –  Subject:  Member  Due  Diligence    
  The  Member  Due  Diligence  Form  has  been  updated  and  added  to  the  
Intranet<PKG.    Please  discontinue  using  and  discard  the  old  form.    The  update  
form  will  now  require  the  member’s  signature.      
 
7-­‐22-­‐2011  –  Subject:  Fee  Schedule    
  Some  of  the  fees  in  the  CCU  Fee  Schedule  have  changed  in  the  Truth  In  Savings  
Disclosure.  Please  look  over  the  new  fees  to  familiarize  yourself  with  the  new  
updates.  
 
7-­‐27-­‐2011  –  Common  Cents  Kids  Club  Account    
  Please  do  not  send  Common  Cents  Kids  Club  Birthday  Cards  to  the  Brand  
Innovation  Department.  After  properly  completion,  the  cards  need  to  be  sent  to  
Victoria  Pellegrino  (via  interoffice).  
 
7-­‐27-­‐2011  –  Check  Stop  Payment    
  Due  to  the  ACH  Conversation  and  our  focus  on  SDC  Numbers  it  is  necessary  for  
ALL  Stop  Payments  to  be  placed  in  the  both  the  SDC#  in  question  and  the  
Membership  Number.
