THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO ANY SHERIFF, POLICE OFFICER, OR PEACE OFFICER
IN THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES: proof by affidavit having been made before me by Detective
Joe Officer (Name of

that there is probable cause to believe that the property and/or person described herein may be
found at the locations set forth herein and is lawfully seizable pursuant to Penal Code Section 1524
as indicated below by "x"(s) in that:

�It was stolen or embezzled property,

� It was used as a means of committing a felony,
� It is in the possession of a person with intent to use as a means of committing a public offense,
or is possessed by another
to whom he/she may have delivered it for the purpose of concealment or preventing discovery,
� It tends to show a felony has been committed, or tends to show that a particular person has
committed a felony,
� Property or things consisting of evidence that tends to show that sexual exploitation of a child,
(Penal Code § 311.3) or
possession of matter depicting sexual conduct of a person under the age of 18 years (Penal Code
§ 311.11).

� Firearms, deadly weapons: The warrant authorizes a search for a deadly weapon in the following
premises:
� 5150: The premises are occupied or controlled by a person who is in custody on a 5150
W&I hold.
� Domestic violence: The premises are occupied by a person arrested for a domestic
violence incident involving
threatened harm.
� No firearms order: The premises are owned or controlled by a person who is prohibited
from possessing firearms
pursuant to Family Code § 6389.

YOU ARE THEREFORE COMMANDED TO SEARCH:
