Q20 Areas that require the student teacher's corrective action.

Mrs. Davis used feedback/suggestions throughout the week to improve each day. She encountered challenges with pacing the lesson in
terms of timing and should work to make adjustments to lessons to address time constraints.

While Mrs. Davis classroom management was certainly acceptable, she should work to continue to refine her classroom management
skills. She had a very challenging class to work with and there is room for improvement here.

I have enjoyed my time in the classroom with Mrs. Davis. She is an excellent beginning teacher. She sets very high standards for her
self. She is reflective and committed to her continuing development as an educator.

Q21 Areas in which the student teacher has demonstrated excellence.

Mrs. Davis is confident and shows good self-control with the students. She's flexible and rolls with the punches of being a first grade
teacher.

She is positive and enthusiastic every day. She quickly learned the students names and made an effort to connect with every student.

Mrs. Davis attended weekly grade-level planning meetings. Additionally, Mrs. Davis and I collaborated daily in preparation for lessons.
We discussed the units of study and the concepts to be presented. She would often do further planning on her own time. Mrs. Davis
provided many meaningful opportunities and accommodated a variety of individual learning needs. She presented lessons that met the
curriculum outcomes using the curriculum provided by the city as well as other relevant resources.
