External Analysis:

The main problems and concerns of WCSC, from the External causes perspectives, are as stated:

A3 - Competitive Pressure, due the technological era development. Both External and Internal Causes.

B4 - Changing trends, in market and customer behavior. External Cause.

C1- Products Value loss, in market and customer behavior. External Cause.

D0- Inventory costs of unprofitable units, in the manufacturing and internal.

E3- Redundancy and Wireless capability wanted. External Cause.

Core Problem (Causes the other problems or influence it): Unattended changing trends in Market.

Internal Analysis:

- Factory Automation: 3 out of 15 products makes the 80% of the profits, and 5 out of 5 products have negative profits.

- Consumer Electronics: Product 47 has the highest potential for profits, and needs an urgent optimization of cost per unit. Products 9, 5 and 45 should be
eliminated due the decrease of sales and the low profit per unit.

- Healthcare: Is very disbalanced in results for profit. Products 91250, 91040 holds the 80% of the profit, and they represent only 7% of the total products.
Horever, the other products use the inventory, resources and potencial without getting near results. Additionally, there are some products getting in the red rea
(91230 per example).

- Aerospace-Defense: Overall sales increasing, but, only 7 out of 26 products gets the 80% of the total profits, giving to much inventory space and resources to
less efficient products. Product DEF223 Gives mosto f the profit, but it is decreasing at a high rate, so it needs attention of innovation or upgrade.

- Automotive-Transportation: 6 out of 26 products gets the 50% of the total profits, and the other are not as efficient, but they use a loto f inventory space and
resources. The best potencial is in products ATB117, ATB125 and ATB111 are the better to care. ATB121, ATB122 and ATB103 use to be profitable, but they are
decreasing seriously and they need upgrade or innovation.

- Consumer Electronics as a divisin, gets only the 5% of the total Total Liabilities and Net Worth of WCSC, so in the 5 divisions you could think of a 20% of
contribution or something closet o that. In this case, the CE Division need urgnt decisin abount continuity of radical change to adapt.

In the resources management, the company created a process with great availability, so the time for response is
so short, that the operational efficiency gets more value.

Finally, Every activity that comes after the first delivery, helps them to reach customer care, because they become
the only supplier for that specific product and system match.
