Definisi - Buku Log Kerosakan Peralatan ICT merupakan buku yang menyenaraikan maaslah atau kerosakan peralatan ICT
secara sistematik.

Tujuan buku log ini ialah

membantu seseorang juruteknik untuk melakukan penyelenggaraan dalam tempoh masa yang diperlukan
mengenalpasti jenis kerosakan yang kerap dihadapi oleh pelanggan
melakukan tindakan penyelenggaraan pencegahan agar kerosakan tidak berulang
mngenalpasti kaedah membaik-pulih yang sistematik

Maklumat yang perlu ada di dalam buku log ini ialah:

Nombor aduan
Nama pengadu
Tarikh aduan dibuat
Penyataan masalah / kerosakan
Penyelesaian masalah / cadangan penyelesaian (termasuk tindakan susulan)
Tempoh masa penyelesaian masalah
Pegawai penerima aduan
Nombor pengadu untuk dihubungi
