 Free accommodation and medical Card will be provided by company.
 Eight hours duty per day and six (6) days per week.
 Transportation will be provided by the company.
 Other terms and conditions as per Qatar Labor Law.
 Free Air Ticket to country origin after completion of contract.
 Food will not be provided by company.
 Contract period will be two years.
 After the completion of 6 months (probation period) salary will be revised as per
the competency of the workers.
 Medical card provided by company
 Over time according to as per company rules.
 Resident permit provided by company.

PACIFIC HUMAN RESOURCE (P) Ltd. LICENSE NO. 667/063/064, KATHMANDU, NEPAL
TEL: 977-1-2002170, FAX: 977-1-4381470, G.P.O. BOX: 23093 to be our true and lawful
recruiting agent for Nepali workers on our behalf as per the demand letter issued in their
favour.
They are empowered to sign all necessary documents and arranging employment
contract with the recruited worker as far as the recruitment is concerned and as required
by the laws and regulation of Nepal, to arrange passports visas and all other necessary
documents for passage of the required persons to the work visa.

In witness whereof we have executed this documents on the 01/01/2009.

This power of attorney is valid for one year from the date mentioned above.

Sub: Application for Guarantee and Undertaking
I, the sponsor of the M/S NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTING COMPANY Company
registration card attached herewith), authorized legally to decide and sign this
undertaking hereby declare the following:

1. The attached Demand letter, Power of Attorney, Agency Agreement, Employment Contract
and all other documents submitted herewith are the part of this undertaking.
2. The Embassy of Nepal shall be informed of the arrival of the employees within three
months with their profession, salary, status of residence permit.
3. Embassy of Nepal and its officials can have the access to the accommodation of the
employees and office for the purpose of inspection.
4. The salary of the employees shall be given within two weeks of the completion the every
working month. The employees shall not be deprived of basic salary in case of failure to
provide them employment by the employer even for a short period.
5. All the employees shall be provided with time card for calculation of overtime allowance.
6. The employees once recruited directly by the company or through its authorized recruiting
agency, will not he relegated or downgraded in terms of position , salary , benefits and
work at any cost. The position and category of the employees shall be decided only prior to
selection and recruitment.
7. The photocopy of employment contract issued by the company and certified with original
sign and stamp with authorized recruiting agent at the time of departure from Nepal will be
considered as legally valid contract for the purpose of clause No.6 mentioned above and
no contract shall be made with less salary and benefits of the delay in the processing of
above cases.
8. Fees/ Cost of residence permit, medical, electricity, water , accommodation shall be solely
born by the employer. Employer shall also bear the fines, if any , because of the delay in
the processing of above cases.
9. The employer shall be repatriated within one month after the completion of the contract
with all his rights except in the cases mutually agreed to stay longer.
10. Employer shall be fully responsible for the salary and other facilities of employees even if
they are supplied to other employer/s.
11. In case of any misunderstanding / dispute between employer and the employees/s, The
Nepal Embassy shall be contacted first for the amicable settlement of the grievances.
12. All other terms and conditions not mentioned herein shall be subject to the legal previsions
of the State of Qatar.

23093 will work in our company in Doha- Qatar only throughout their contract period.

We further guarantee that these workers will not be send to work in any other
establishment or any third country.

INTER PARTY AGREEMENT

This agreement is made on 04/01/2009 between M/s. NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL


CONTRACTING COMPANY P.O.BOX # 3713 TEL: +974-4678972 FAX # 4553260, DOHA-
QATAR hereinafter called the First Party M/s PACIFIC HUMAN RESOURCE (P) Ltd.
LICENSE NO. 667/063/064, KATHMANDU, NEPAL TEL: 977-1-2002170, FAX: 977-1-
4381470, G.P.O. BOX: 23093 hereinafter called Second Party) have agreed to work
under the following terms & conditions:-

1. The Second Party will forward to personal date, medical reports (photocopy), photos
and passport photocopy for a workers from Nepal as per their detailed position,
salary and other facilities.

2. The First Party will send VISA of the workers to the second party within maximum of
10 days once the interview procedure is over.

3. The Second Party will send workers within 30 days after getting VISA of the workers

4. The Second Party has agree and promised to provide all the facilities to the
workers, which is mentioned in the Demand Letter and Employment Contract. The
first Party will be fully responsible for everything while the workers are working
under him.

5. All other terms & conditions not covered by this agreement will be applicable as per
Qatar Labour Law.

fully understand its terms & conditions together with its application. In witness whereof the

1- Period of employment : Two years renewable


2- Working Hours : 8 Hours Daily 6 days in a week and 48 hours
a week.
3- Food & Accommodation : Free accommodation should be provided by
the employer.
4- Transportation : Free of charge between Quarters and place of
work.
5- Air passage : Economy class return air passage after
completion of the contract. No ticket for first
arrival from Kathmandu to work place.
6- Annual leave : 14 days annual leave + public holidays
7- Medical : Free medial treatment will be provided by the
Employer.
8- Overtime : As per Qatar Labour Law of basic salary.
9- Insurance : According to the labour law of the country of
Labour.
10- Resident permit : Resident Permit will be provided by the
company.
11- Other terms and condition : According to the labour law of the country of
employer.
