Job Description / Responsibility

ERP Implementation Methodology and Templates standardization

Develop critical Best practices for Fit-Gap optimization,

Develop and update work processes to ensure the proper and successful use of the applications.

Functional requirement gathering and documentation

Responsible for making timely, effective decision at the project level and communicating the same to all the levels

Work with Business and stakeholders on future Deployment Schedules and Creating Deployment plans.

Resolve deployment issues and provide updates to stakeholders.

Perform root-cause analysis on deployment issues to enable future prevention.

Deployment and Post deployment training to users for applications.

Interface with business customers for new requirements and enhancements.

Support migration from Legacy to Strategic ERP applications.

Work with External vendors for application support and enhancements.

Assist in enhancing deployed architecture to align with technology.

Support and assist with the implementation of new modules and features within ERP

Customize ERP layouts by using ERP tools and facilities to ensure that the system meets corporate needs.

Assist in the development and delivery of ERP training to end users; creates documentation and user guides.

Maintain and distribute a list of enhancement and modification requests for ERP applications

Strong experience with Java, Java Script, Jsp, DHTML, Ajax.

Strong Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports

Strong Experience with note pad or any free editor, JDK, JRE, SQL server management studio (SSMS)

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and Engineering from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)
