Working Experienced

1. As a mechanical rotating team for Tanjung Uncang proposal for GTG (Gas Turbine
Generators) and STG (Steam Turbine Generators) package.
- Review and coordinate with the project team on design basis document
- Review and coordinate P&ID, PFD, Process Datasheet for equipment GTG and STG
- Calculate heat losses for GTG and STG package
- Prepare RFQ for GTG and STG package
- Arrange pre bid meeting with vendors
- Combined 3 brand for GTG and STG package depends the energy and the price
- Prepare the technical bids analysis (TBA) for the GTG and STG package

2. As a Spare Part Coordinator for All Mechanical Equipment. The Project called Banyu Urip
Central Facilities oil production. Its located in Bojonegoro, East Java. Exxon Mobil join
venture with Pertamina E&P for the clients. Project budget USD 750 Million
- Expedite the vendor for all of equipment (mechanical, electrical, instrument, and civil)
for tracking the deliverable equipment from beginning until the equipment stay in
warehouse.
- Control the submission document from vendor to upload the SPID RIVERSAND.
- Work with all project groups to identify interfaces, prepare and update interface
documents. Specifically focusing on alignment of project work processes and project
requirements.
- Facilitate the flow of Project interface information/deliverables and ensure that
interface problems between the interfacing parties are prioritized and resolved
- Using the SPID RIVERSAND system from Exxon Mobil System for tracking the equipment
and deliverable list
- Monitor progress/completion of interface actions by all interfacing parties to ensure
that interfaces are managed and resolved in a timely and cost effective manner
- Conduct reviews of interface management work processes within the project team
(including contractor).
- Escalate interface non-compliance issues to the Engineering manager and Contract
holders
- Issue regular updates of the PIR to interfacing parties
- Providing information and support to the Project Leadership Team for planning and
reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with standards and executing projects.
3. As an Interface Register Engineer. The Project called Jangkrik Field (also abbreviated as
JKK) is a gas discovery made in March 2009. Its located about 70 km from the coast, in the
Muara Bakau permit area, Makassar Strait, at a water depth ranging from 250 - 500 m.
ENI, through its Indonesian subsidiary, operates the Muara Bakau PSC with a 55% interest,
in joint venture with GDF Suez, holding the remaining 45% interest. Project budget USD
1.1 Billion
- Make track records during the project in Project Management Team.
- Coordinate internal and external interface matters through different phases of project
execution. Develop and own the Projects Interface Management Plan (IMP)
- Work with all project groups to identify interfaces, prepare and update interface
documents. Specifically focusing on alignment of project work processes and project
requirements.
- Facilitate the flow of Project interface information/deliverables and ensure that
interface problems between the interfacing parties are prioritized and resolved
- Develop and own the Project Interface Register (PIR). The PIR will assist the various
contract teams in managing their interface needs/deliverables toward closure
- Monitor progress/completion of interface actions by all interfacing parties to ensure
that interfaces are managed and resolved in a timely and cost effective manner
- Conduct reviews of interface management work processes within the project team
(including contractor).
- Escalate interface non-compliance issues to the Engineering manager and Contract
holders
