Bernard M. Asperin. Business Management graduate at the Ateneo de


Manila University in 1977, and a Masters in Business Management degree at the
Asian Institute of Management in 1983. Work experience in banking and finance,
mergers and acquisitions, and in telecommunications services. Operates a call
center business in Ortigas.
Atty. Stewart Allan Mariano. Earned his bachelors degree in Marketing at
UE in 1979. Took a 2nd degree in Law 2 years after, graduated and and went on to
pass the Bar in 1985. Gained his banking experience at the PNB with 18 years
experience in banking, finance, and legal services. Became a prosecutor at the
DOJ in 1999, handling celebrated cases during his stint. Retired as senior state
prosecutor, and is presently into private practice. Expert in tax laws, having been the
DOJ representative in the prosecution of tax cases filed by the BIR. Also has
extensive grasp of intellectual property rights laws.
Marcelino B. Lomoya. Graduated bachelors degree in Commerce at Ateneo
de Cagayan in 1972, and earned his CPA in 1975. He went on to attain a 2nd degree
as Bachelor of Laws at UE in 1981, and passed the Bar the following year. Spent 21
years with PNB, ending his career there as President & CEO of PNB General Insurers
in 2000. Moved to the DOJ in December 2004 as assistant city prosecutor, before
resigning and going into private practice. Expertise in court litigation, and
specializes in asset preservation.
