AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, MA. CHARISSE E. GAUD, 32 years old, Filipino,

with residence and postal address at Unit 2, Cluster 4, UN
Gardens Condominium, No. 1111 Cristobal St., Paco, Manila,
Philippines and with office address at No. 160 Khan Building,
Governor Pascual Ave., Tinajeros, Malabon City, Philippines
after having been sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the duly authorized representative of one

YOLANDA FLORES BARCELO. A copy of the Authorization
Letter is herein attached as Annex A;

2. On 28 July 2017, copy of NOTICE OF FAMILY

CLAIM [Form F3 (RULE 4-1 (1)] from the Supreme Court
of British Columbia with Court File No. 17 1506 involving
YOLANDA FLORES BARCELO and ARTURO SILVESTRE
MARTIN was served by me by depositing copy thereof in
sealed envelope at the Post Office located at the second
floor of Robinsons Town Mall Malabon, Governor Pascual
Drive Malabon City, Philippines with instruction to the
Postmaster to return mail to sender after ten (10) days, if
undelivered, upon the following:

a. ARTHUR SILVERIO MARTIN

248 Pajo, Meycauayan
Bulacan, Philippines

3. Service was made by registered mail with return

card as the same is efficient, economical, convenient and
non-exhausting. Attached is the copy of the Return Card as
Annex B duly received by one Arthuro Martin with his
signature appearing on top of the said printed name on 8
August 2017;

4. On 2 August 2017, service was also made by private

courier through the LBC Express Inc. located at the second
floor of Robinsons Town Mall Malabon, Governor Pascual
Drive Malabon City, Philippines, Attached is the copy of
Certification signed by a certain Richelle Clemente of the
said private courier stating that the mail was delivered at
the above given address and received by consignees father,
Leoncio Martin on 3 August 2017 is herein attached as
Annex C and the Transaction Details as Annex D;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the

foregoing facts.
