Observation Guide for Assessment Tools Used in the Classroom:

As you visit classes and observe assessment practices in at least two classes, document your
observation using the activity forms provided for you.

Important Points to Remember:

Observe courtesy call as you enter the school premises.


Do proper self-introduction to the principal and the
teacher in the classroom you wish to observe.
As you do your observation, Take note of the assessment
tools used by the teacher. After the class talk to the
teacher to get some information or details about the
assessment tools used.
