The Basic Steps

The first two are related to the annamayakosha, the waking state, and
identification with oneself as the body.
The third is related to the pranamayakosha, the subtle body, and identification
with oneself as energy.
The fourth is related to the manomayakosha, the subtle body, and identification
with oneself as mind.
The fifth is related to the vijnanamayakosha, the subtle body, and identification
with oneself as the intellect.
The six is related to the anandamayakosha, the causal body, and identification
with oneself as bliss.
