1. Why is english important for nurse?


Answer : nurses are not only needed in Indonesia alone but abroad is required
anyone has the same opportunity to work abroad or care for overseas patients
who are coming to Indonesia not to mention the existence of domestic labor
competition with the workers from various countries of the language english is
very important to communicate and enhance our competitiveness with foreign
health workers.
2. The Reading Strategies
There are seven reading strategies.
a. Make Connections
Connecting with the story or sentence in the book either got it because
previously had read the text or even happened in life.
b. Ask Questions
Trying to make some questions related to the text you read will increase
your curiosity to the next text.
c. Determine Importance
Determine the essence of the sentence or story you are reading and predict
what will come out as a question if you can find a message in the story that
makes it easier for you to understand a text, you do not need to memngigat
the whole story.
d. Infer and Predict
Good readers also make educated guesses about what might happen later
in the story.
They use the author's instructions to predict what is likely to happen.
e. Visualize
Picture in your mind the author creates with his / her words.
Pay close attention to sensory details. For example, if you were there,
what would you see, hear, smell, taste, touch, feel.
f. Synthesize
Make inferences from all the things that have been understood from the
text and make some questions or opinions about the text that has been read
g. Use Fix Up Strategies
Make sure you are understanding what you are reading. When you run
into trouble, (you just dont get it), use little correction strategies to help
you figure out what went wrong. Here are some examples of Fix Up
Strategies:

Underline
Use a Dictionary
Read Aloud
Ask for Help

3. Story
Rabbit & Crocodile

Once upon a time, a Bunny wished to go across a river, however he could not
swim. He had a concept, he saw a boss of Crocodiles swimming in the river.
The Bunny asked he go across of crocodile.
how many crocodile exist in the river? in charge of crocodile answered,

4. Esay Nursing Theory Virginia Henderson
The nurse assists the individual both in good health and illness, through
his efforts to carry out various activities to support the health and healing of
individuals or the process of dying in peace, which can be done
independently by the individual when he has the strength, ability, willingness
or knowledge to do so. In addition, the existence of a nursing model by
Henderson known as "The Activities of Living".

and health and use the available health facilities.
Henderson's nursing theory in relation to nursing practice shows that
nurses have the primary duty of direct nursing care to patients. The benefits
of nursing care is evident from the advancement of the condition of the
patient, which initially depends on others becoming more independent.
Nurses can help patients move from dependent to independent by reviewing,
planning, implementing and evaluating the 14 basic care handling
components.
